I got a corrected document in my account in about 10 days.

My application has moved from Pending Fingerprints to In progress on the online status, so that indicates they are fine with my FBI Channeller fingerprints. Will update if they issue my and my wife's COC.

You should explain this in a LOE when you upload your COC.

I agree they are bad, they should have published this info. Whats worse is I called them before getting my fingerprints (took me 30 minutes of redialing after getting a busy tone) and asked them what to do. The person said any standard form is OK and DID NOT tell me about getting a stamp done...

This is incorrect. The channeller I used in the US gets the report back in a day. I got to them from the FBI website so there is no doubt that they are legit.

Raise a CSE and also email them stating that you need the address to pass to Israel. They made a mistake in my request letter for Singapore PCC. They send a updated one ( which had another error) some 7-8 working days after I raised a CSE and sent a email.

6 months is supposed to be after completeness check. If they take 3 months to do completeness check I guess they are extending their deadline to 9 months in a roundabout way.
