I feel any PCC which we are submitting to CIC/ VO needs to be not more than 3 months old, better get it new one, with new fingerprints and copy of old PCC, with 59R fees ;D well where u worked there in JHB, CTN, DBN?? , what is ur timeline, NOC??? cheers
