They have been completed since 18th oct 2012

Post june mostly have already got completed checks in CIO so as u can see verveiko's or stone's gcms u able to notice that post june files are actually ready for visa but pre june applicants for some reasons havent been got completed most checks by CIO, more like buffalo transffer case. anyway...

i mean there is a section for file history in gcms.
