My friend got his nomination last month -applied in july 2014 under EDS -Internation graduate category I don't think we should just stick to the processing times mentioned on the website-keeping the AINP website uptodate is the least of their concerns !

Unfortunately-it's not going as planned so far.My wp expires in August this year.I applied in August 2014.I am probably gonna get it before wp expiry(hopeful) but i am moving towards having a backup plan just in case i don't get the nomination in time. Do you know someone with a expired wp...

They are working on June applications-your file is most likely in queue for processing next month or so.

Do you mind sharing their NOC code?

Good to know that they are trying the LMIA route but what is their current status? It may turn out to be good for locals but if what you implied turns out to be true-will be a nightmare for many of us semi skilled applicants :(

Oh i see-so i believe your friends who are still waiting must have applied under semi skilled category? Are they on implied status?(Visitor visa,etc) as their WP is expired?

Does anybody here have a rough estimate of number of ainp applications processed on biweekly bases? I applied in Sept 2014,wp expires in August this year :'( :'(

Does calling CIC for status update work anymore? The last time i called for AINP status update-they refused to assist :'(

AINP claims that they managed to reduce the backlog but they have barely touched EDS :-X I am even more scared now cuz AINP has once again opened its doors for new applications :( Anybody got backup plans?

This notice has been around for a while now.I agree with what you said.Unfortunately,under the current circumstances,the odds of winning a lottery are better than getting called by an AINP office before our wp expires :-X

Apparently,AINP is the best way to test a relationship ;D Oh,the struggles of a poor AINP applicant,not everyone is capable of supporting us through this mess ! :-[
