    Ohh yes, I know CIC has nothing to with IRCC and it is an extended hand of the same company that owns this forum. Nonetheless, I have been following all CIC articles & I haven’t ever found them to be misleading.

    Dude !!! Google up - Canada’s rate for internet plan is much higher than most other countries. (If you go by the list for countries with costliest internet plan, then Canada is in top 15) moreover, if a student can afford to study abroad… why can’t she/he can afford for an Internet connection ?
