Thanks for your answer. We decided to wait for the Option C Printout and requested it to a Canadian address. Our family member will send it from Canada to us by a priority mail. After that we will sent the whole package to CIC.

You have to have a certified copy (for example translate the original at the sworn translator) plus attach the photocopy of the original.
