    I think you are right. Most of the latest pers were for these nocs. People call them Hot nocs. Happy for them! I am 2172 and in this noc there are just two persons who got per :(

    It is my view, because first line is added about one week after caching, but PER process (checking work experience and computing points ) takes long for at least two weeks from caching. I personally think it shows that you reached the cap and you they have started analyzing your application...
