You will get it from there ,,Where your nikkah was registered so if its registered in Islamabad then you will have to go and get it from there.

Ali bhai For Nikkah reg Certificate you will have to go in your union council office and ask them for your nikkah certificate. Its a printed paper from union council and all the details of groom and bride in english and this paper is signed by some gov officials.
