Hello, can I make my application myself for a spouse open work permit, or does my spouse have to make the application on her account, it's common law. My spouse is a full time student with a study permit.

Hello, please did u switch to visitor then applied for your open work permit or just did a restoration to open work permit, I am asking because in my case I called cic today and they said I could choose visitor where it asked for status and write an explanation letter
