IME number on 1017 e is needed . That's all. Rest of details already in the emedical. That's what the clinic told me

I completed upfront medical but did not upload the sheet while applying. I received the medical request and sent the emedical via webform. They sent email that they recieved it. But dunno what to do with 1017e form

Yes. On clicking on it shows the list of documents which I had submitted. But no option to upload anything new.

Same here. There is no option to upload. Just shows list of documents already submitted

Yes. But uploaded emedical via webform

It's a pdf copy of what the clinic gave me. There was no option to digitally sign it like 1294e
