GOOD NEWS I just received a call from my agent this morning and they brought the good news that they got my file number (which i guess means PER) noc 7242 application received at cio on 16 feb 2012 FSW1 (no arranged employment) good luck to everybody

i think your application was incomlete because you did not send the original ielts results. The fees will be returned back. Review your application package and send it again if your noc is still open or if you have an AEO.

i tried to understand what you mean. You MUST send your original ielts results. Dont ask the British Council to send it dirctly to cio. I hope my answer is not off point. I am not realy sure whether what i undertood from your question is what you actualy meant.

Yes can apply without a job offer if you noc opens again on july 1st 2012 I advise you to get your documents ready. This noc reached its cap very fast. I think in less than two weeks.

you can check the spreadsheet. it can give you an idea. NDVO is pretty fast, if it is your visa office. good luck

it is not really that fast. the increase in one week was 179. this pace gives us (feb applicants) hope. it means that the rate at which CIO is receiving new applications has reduced. this is probably because most of the popular occupations reached their cap. wish everybody good luck

new update from cic The total complete applications received is now 8566 Increased by just 179 in one week. This looks good for us who are worried about the 10000 cap

it is not possible for bebun to get PER unless he is on FSW2 NOC 4152 cap was reached long time ago and his application was received by CIO end of Jan.

in yesterday's update, the total number of applications received jumped to 8387 (increased by 345 from Feb 14th) if the rate continues at this pace the 10000 cap will be reached by the end of march. this looks a bit scary. we can just wait and hope for the best :)

i think you got 16 points for that. 7.5 in listening gives you 4 points not 2 the rest of the skills 6.5 is enough to get 4 points each congrats buddy for the full 16 points

they don't update this info everyday. they say they update it once a week (usually on Tuesdays). relax my friend. they will only stop once the 10000 cap has been reached. be cool :)
