    I chat a person with 490 CRS. The guys got ITAs twice in this Jan but he all rejects ITAs.And waits next draw. What is the points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste others opportunities.

    2019 ITA is less than 2018 but 2020 ITA is great than 2019, which is a reason only 4 draws in the last 2 months of 2019. Based on historical data and statistics, we can have hope on 29th draw.

    If you have a job offer in Alberta, definitely you can. I got a bachelor degree from Alberta but I don't get the Alberta invitation since Oct,2019. I have a master degree from U of Toronto but I don't get the OINP since Oct,2019.
