Thank yu TERRIDOX. i received the AWB number. I have to question. In the courier request form what do i fill for question no 3 regarding the non serviceable location.

Along with the payment link they mentioned tat pick up is scheduled for tomorrow between 9 and 4. Location is chennai.

I did both. But Still no response from them.

Is there anyone who got the payment link and waiting for AWB number? They have already scheduled my pick up for tomorrow.
