Agreed! Either you need a very strong SOP stating why you are changing the field or need to choose a related course.

Did you get Visa approval for study permit?

I've applied on 10th April(SDS/ONLINE) gave my biometrics on 15th and received by them on 16th(used VFS tracking system) and since then no updates
