I received response yesterday to my CSE raised on 9th June which says that my application is in que to be reviewed by visa officer. They are unable to advise when this review will take place. The mail is sent by program assistant "MXH"

Guys, i raised CSE on 15th May to know the process to add my new born baby in application. Yet to receive a response from LVO. Can you please share how much time they take normally to respond. The auto generated response says it will take 28 days to respond CSEs.
