E-cas is acting strange now, my wife's address is no longer displayed. Did that happen to anybody else?

Thanks for the link. I'm so disappointed no DM this week for us. Not many DM went through at all. I wonder if they do any work on weekend. My e-cas still says in Process :( I don't think they have enough VO to handle case load.
