I have a friend who applied the same time as we did (Feb 2012) but received RQ on Oct 2012. Papers submitted on Dec 2012. They already got a test date for 24th. Office is Mississauga. Nothing unusual with their case though. Just the usual travels for a few days.

@Jeleni, hope you hear back soon. Did they allow to separate your application from your husband's? have they been invited for Oath?

DaRulz I didn't realize you got RQ'd. Great observation Mary Chad. i searched back the posts. RQ was a day after ours. It's very unrealistic to have a movement in the application after a week of receiving RQ. :o

i have been a lurker in this forum and only recently decided to post. while i didn't experience any good news, i have witnessed others get oath letters when we took our test. So it's all a matter of luck. We may not be part of it but it doesnt mean it's not happening. Hope their good experience...

congrats DaRuiz. it's nice that they are starting to improve the turnaround for those who take tests and letthem know the same day the results and oath schedule. wish they do the same for us who got RQ'd. :o

He works from home and company is not based in Canada. He was ok when they checked the stamps and all but after finding out his company is not based here, the officer said i will have to give you RQ because you fall into a different category.

they are improving the process it seems. we went for the test on Monday and told us to wait for results and if we pass we can come back for oath taking the following monday. unfortunately my husband got RQd so we were not part of the lucky ones
