Seniors what's ur take on it ...does previous visa rejections delay the file

I think may be my file was touched on 14th Nov along with cynical monk and others of AOr date 31st may . They must have move to ip2 coz of clear files, and mine got stucked up coz of Canada visa rejection (twice ) and must have been put on hold till reasons of rejection is cleared from embassy...

I emailed got confirmation that it's in NDVO

One thing is sure NDVO is not only skipping some dates n files but also cherry picking files from the batches that were transferred on the same dates ........

Guys a piece of advise needed ... What exactly happens to the application at a stage wen ADR is not needed and background chk is NA?
