It's definitely a good sign!! 2 weeks after mine changed to in process I got decision made But everyone's application is different it could still be a few months or so yet

If you are applying as common law then yes you need to submit proof that you have lived together for 1 year If you are applying as married you don't have to submit this proof, but if you feel it could help your application then you can submit it as well

Its usually 1 year after the date of your medicals so if you did your medicals in Feb 2014, you would have until Feb 2015 to land

No I believe you have to send your passport to the visa office that is processing your application So you would need to send it to London

Congratulations!! As far as I'm aware they always send copr by post - someone may need to sign for it If you look at the spreadsheet it looks like after DM it can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks for it to arrive
