In my case I was the only one who get AIP and DM email all at once. My wife the Sponsor never got any email from CIC.

You right, I sent my medicals and police clearance with my application at once that's how I got AIP and DM at the same time.

@ shyla36 Did you include the receipts for your medicals in the application? Or you actually got the results for your medicals from the Clinic and sent it with your app?

Phone Bills or Bank Statements??? You can always call your bank or go in to ask for past statements I believe they might be a charge for that depending on your bank
