Like i said if they wanted you to email them would they not have asked you to do so! Submit a web form call them

With all due respect, if CIC wanted you to email documents, they would provide the email address to you. As they did not, please draw your own conclusions.

I may be wrong here but, i think this situation may have arisen because at time of the application your parents were in London. Now they are visiting Canada. That explains the difference with the other person with one parent here & one elsewhere. The parent who was in Canada was not asked to...
