    No no Not everyone from London is being transfered to Ottawa but as processing time in London VO has increased some applications were forwarded to Ottawa. That seems to be a good thing :-)

    I'm not sure but I saw that if you land as a PR, you won't pay duties and fees.. maybe I'm wrong. Hope someone else can help u out better
