A belated congrats MisterBob thanks for keeping track of the cic processing times I have enjoyed your cic processing times updates

I believe if you didn't pay the full fee you get your AIP then the AIP email CIC sent you will say to pay the rest of the fee cause I think cic won't give you DM till you have paid the full fee & then when you have your landing interview you have to show the officer the receipt of the full fee.
