I took CELPIP before and I can confirm it was a scam. I would say that IELTS is pretty fair, it boosted my EE score from 434 to 471.

Just checked online IELTS result this morning, did test on Jan 11, 2020 in Saskatchewan. And my TRF number also starts with 19. L: 9 R: 8 W: 7 S: 8 Overall: 8 All CLB 10 except for writing clb9. But I'm satisfied with the result. Hopefully get invited in the next EE draw.
