Spains Police Certificate Requirement is a Pain in the A**...im frustrated now...did all the steps...but Barcelona didnt give me the certificates....Im currently in Canada and imagine the cost (time and money)...These guys dont know what theyre doing...Toronto or Barcelona..they are all the same...

This means refusal...if no medicals and pcc were asked or submitted before decision is made...ahhhh I hate this...but stay strong and be prudent...Good things happens to good people

Sorry to say but this a pattern for refusal..i really hope not but Ive been through this...Wish you all the best brother And prepare yourself to contest whatever UnFAIr decision you think they will amke..but lets hope its a Good news instead

This means rejection if yor didnt have your medicals yet but positive if its already done..

Just checked my ECAS...still decision made...but i know they will change it to we started processing your app again and awaiting medicals...

I think they still can, as long as they can prove that the officer overlooked things..I was reading in one forum that one got refusal and did all the research and challenge the decision of the officer without consulting a lawyer,,,PER issued..
