You need to submit medical only if they ask. For most the country they dont ask for medical. So two things may happen, He got approved and didnt ask for medical becoz he already submitted it. (If so, they will ask for passport) or He didnt get approved..

After roughly 6 week of waiting. I still didn't receive the letter yet. So I called IRB today to find out, they told no decision made and gave me the officer name and number. Is it wise, to call the officer or just wait? My friends suggest not too. What do you guys suggest?

But that still doesnt proves you are in danger. Its your own prediction. If its not prediction, what are the proves? Have you been attack? Police report? in short what evidence do you have that supports your claim of ind anger.

No its not. At your refugee claimant documents it clear mention you are not allowed to do so. Be4 member give you the claiment documents, you sign a form where it states all previous status is revoked. Reason, incase if your claimant is rejected you are suppose to leave the country as per...

As soon as u r approved as refugee claimant, you other status in Canada gets invalid. You are not suppose to study nor work (only can work, after you apply for your work permit and it gets approved). But studying is impossible. Good luck with your case!

Are you sure they canceled it or your lawyer did? From my experience lawyer does it.

legal aid.. well u will get approved based on ur situation.. if u rnt financial stable, not working or blah... then you dont hve to pay them back, or if u got a job you can pay them in installment.. its totally on ur situation... contact them.. google their number and discuss your situation...

Hi, I knw its kinda confusion. It is working temporary. Under Work permit Extension. That's what you should select.

Diff lawyer Diff rate.. but u can look into legal aid, if u cant afford it. cheers mate!
