Yes, did that when I raised the case specific query yesterday.. I was hoping the technical issue would anyway be resolved by today but no :(. Anyway, I've written to the technical support department of CIC as well with screenshots of the error and an explanation of my problem. Here's hoping they...

All the info fro the documents needed is available on the WES site once you register for ECA. I have a masters from the UK and Bachelors from India and got ECA for both. It helped. Sealed transcripts would do for India but would have to be sent directly by your uni in England. Mine had an option...
