    you should put more info so at least we know and give some recommendations such as: where is processing office and other info. why you submit Passport and PCC (twice?). Does VO request you?

    This surely not enough for VO when processing your application. Why "temporary employee" term in here? This is make confusion and raise lots of question for Visa Officer. I might suggest re-apply in your case and prepare documents carefully. Or you should ask CSIC consultant to help or review...

    Regarding the PR card, unless you are really sure that your PR card in local CIC and you can do that but with very special circumstances (reasons, residency days, etc) not just simply showing ticket and get PR card. PPR waiting is case by case, no one can predict how VO in Buffalo doing...

    Address appear or disappear not matter in your case anymore. Whether they change to DECISION MADE or not and that is matter. I guess you receive it soon and you can find out what happen. Or file claim to Canada Post.

    Have you checked again your mailing and return address? is it correct? From mine, it's Fort Erie and Stone Creek (if I not remember wrong name). Nothing related to Montreal. By the way, which courier are you using? return package should be Canada Post Xpresspost - Prepaid

    don't worry. Just wait. As TruongAn stated when e-cas changed, it means VO stamped visa on your passport. Even though they said usually takes 15 days but in my case it was 1 month. I submit on Nov 8 and passport return on Dec 11. You can email them to make sure your visa is in queue like I did...
