Honestly, I just email once only until now. After I emailed, my E-cas had one more line" Medical has been received" and nothing change until now. I think it will be bothered them when email too much.

I don't think it's a good idea to buzz them every week. Normally, you have to wait 30 -60 days for the correspondence. My E-Case only has 2 line: "Application for Permanent Resident receive on Oct 25, 2010 Medical result has been received"

Did you put your file No. and your full name & DOB on the title of the email? I did like and they replied quite fast. I put on title of the email "Application Status - File No.: XXXXX - Name:XXX - DOB: XXX" so VO will see the file number right a way. I learned that from immigration firm. Hope...
