hey guys! I have some questions about the constancia from PGR. 1)I imagine it will be in Spanish right? So do I need to get it translated before sending it to the embassy? 2) When we go to pick it up, can we just head on over to the embassy and drop it off in person or do we have to send it...

    Student sponsor question

Hi I am also on a student visa sponsoring my spouse. You should write that you do not reside in Canada, and provide proof that you intend on going back to Canada. Maybe a copy of your student visa if it expires soon. Proof that you have been looking for a job in Canada, or looking for...

Proof of Intention to Return to Canada

It wasn´t a problem for me at all. I am here on a student visa that expires in August 2012. And I also have a scholarship with a condition stating that I must return to Canada when I finish my studies. So all I submitted as proof of intention to return was a copy of my visa where it says it...

I´m pretty sure the time for sponsorship approval is sepearte from the 13 months or whatever it is for mexico now. So you have to add the 2 steps together to get the whole waiting time. :( But from what I have read here, usually in Mexico most people wait a lot less than 13 months after...
