    help!!! CEC rejected....

Hi, it seems a bit vauge but maybe your job letter listing duties did not really relate to the duties under the noc you applied. May we have a look at what you wrote on the letter? Maybe then we can compare it, the duties is very important. Also you say you want to change your noc, to what...

    CEC refusal

I'm sure you can not be denied solely because of the employment requirements. They are not applicable period.

Funds Required while Landing for the first time as PR under CEC

As far as I'm aware a letter of employment would be sufficient for landing for the CEC class, though if you do not have one then a proof of funds would be better.

... F*** Does this go for AOR & bridging permits? Just sent my application last week and my WP expires in 3 months... Damn this.

    appeal or re apply

I believe the reason you were denied was simply because none of your duties were in relation to the duties of a chef as many others have pointed, also the vo stated point blank your duties were not the same as a chef. Your duties you hav seem to land under cook, why did you apply for chef? Is...

Re: Are paystubs completely necassary?? I'm paid by the hour but my NOA shows a total income that if i divide by 52 it works out to average 35-40 hours a week. I also have been working for 21 months now, would it be ok just with the ref letter, t4 and noa? The application says nothing about...

CEC/Bridging Open Work Permit and timescales/implied status under IEC

I'm pretty sure you're eligible for implied status as it does say, you can't have implied status unless you've applied for another work visa. Applying for another IEC does not count therefore giving you Implied status, you would have to be a tourist and not be allowed to work. However applying...

Is it risky to apply without paystubs?

My mistake, it was the total amount I made during the year 2012. I am paid hourly. So the amount I made divided by 52 and then by 30 comes close to my hourly pay, just 50 cents higher.

Is it risky to apply without paystubs?

My job has variable full time hours. One week I work under 30, others I work much over. My annual salary on my last T4 if I divide by 52 and then by 30 it actually comes close to my paid wage, actually a bit higher but still. Would I qualify and have my employer write I'm employed full time...

Weeks working 30 hours or less

I've had to delay sending in my application now as my lawyer suggested to do full 52 weeks of 30 hours a week as I am few weeks off the 52 since they weren't sure that I may qualify yet.. I've been working for a year and a half now though. Is there anywhere in the CEC guide that says anything...
