No need to worry, International DD are valid for 6 months as compared to national DD which as per RBI rules are valid only for 3 months.

Normally it takes around 45-60 days to get MR, you won't be getting an AOR as this year NDVO is not sending AOR's. I am 16th May applicant and still waiting on MR. Relax and enjoy.

No need to reply, the university normally sends the request form which you might have sent along with the transcripts. In my case I had sent soft copy of the request to my university via email and they had sent the envelop directly to WES as per their specification.

Apologies for the confusion, its just that my consultant had mentioned me signed the payment form though I had a DD.

Yes you will need to sign the payment form no matter your form of payment. There have been cases of file being rejected when Payment form is not signed.
