as far as i remember, the CIO announced changes in their processing two years ago, after that huge strike they had, and said that they will process all accepted application within one year. so much about their promises and how they're keeping their word...

yes, i am talking only about 2014 batch. all of the people who are not finished with processing from 2013 or earlier had some additions/corrections with their apps, so i am not taking them in consideration, since i don't believe we, from the 2014 one who have complete apps, need to wait for them...
