Is there anywhere mentioned on the university website that Pakistan is exempt from language requirements? if not, then you should have IELTS Academic to get admission.

Did you try clearing your cache and checked your GC key account again.. and did those emails said that you have update on your application or you have new message on your application?

Yes Pakistani applications go to Abu Dhabi to process and visa stamping is done at High Commission of Canada in Islamabad
