applied on 14 july., aor on the same day , mdecial passed on 16 july , backgroud check on august 5

Just inform at pnp office about your situation , won't affect your case but u have to provide them all the requested documents by the bc pnp again, lots of headache ,

i applied online so i got file number right away after submission......

If your background check doesn't start within couple of weeks of your file submission , it means that there are possibilies cic might reject your application, in rare cases file got rejected even after the starting of background check.
