hi, I have a question.......so after i get an ITA, i can submit my documents along with the LOE that I have applied for the FBI PCC and that I will send it later since it takes 2 months to be ready? Or its best to wait after i get the FBI PCC i submit it together with my documents? thanks.

so how long does one need to wait before they can apply for the super visa after landing? i know one needs to have a min income before applying but....im still confused..... I know it is $ 24,600 for a family of one so do i need to have landed, secured a job, worked a year and earned at least...

It depends, if they have legal status in another country other than their country of citizenship, they can apply from there. By legal status I don't mean on visitor visa in another country but living in that country on study permit, work permit or with permanent residency.

I think the personal activity section appears after ITA? Because i just created an EE profile, i dont have an ITA yet and can not see any "personal activity" section.

i did upfront because i thought it would make the visa processing faster. i guess i was wrong.

I don't see any personal history part in my EE profile. the work history part is the only place i could chip in my education.

Think about it, why would there be an "incomplete" option to choose from if it was not required to be disclosed? because someone may still be in the process of getting a degree or certificate at the time of application.

I was in a bachelors program but left in my third year to pursue another bachelors. Do i need to mention the first incomplete bachelors in my EE profile under education history even though I am not claiming points for it and did not do an ECA evaluation for it?

I am still lost. so it means cic hasn't even looked at my profile yet? to see what and what i need to submit?

my medicals was upfront so shouldn't they at least confirm that i passed the medicals?

Was your application online? I also want to know if they updated medicals section to passed? Mine still says you do not need medicals.

Did you have at least one year experience in NOC 2133 when you applied for FWS and chose it as your intended work? I also do not have any other experience more than 1 year apart from NOC 4012 but Im yet to apply.
