To be honest, I don't know your English level. So cant say how much time you need. But try IELTS band 8 with each section min 7.5.

I have created a fresh GC key with a different email account and a Job Bank pertaining to the new mail id as well. My both EE profiles were active. I got NOI for the new one. Deleted the old one now. CRS 438

If you are already prepared for IELTS you can schedule it as well so that there wont be delays on creating EE profile.

Do that for the safer side. I have done this way and got NOI today for the new EE profile. I have deleted my old profile now.

What I am saying is... This is they I created. And I got a NOI in 24 hours. Don't know about others.

I started with IELTS while I had applied for getting the transcripts from my University. So you might do that as well. WES does not eveluate 10th and 12th certificates.

At present my both profiles are in active state. I will delete the old one where I have not received the NOI. I suggest you to do the same if both profiles are on Open status. Keep the new one for NOI and ITA.
