Yes, bec fsw, pnp, and cec will still be open. They won't close them. It will just be a different process after january 2015. For example, there will be an extra step. Bottom line: YOU CANNOT APPLY FOR FSW DIRECTLY AFTER JANUARY 2015.

I applied having the reference letter's job tittle different than the one on my app. Called CIC and the agent told me it matters. Called the next week, another agent told me it doesn't matter. Ppl on the form told me the app will get rejected. Only GOD knows if i will pass or not

My job title is different from the one on the reference letter (some members said it's not an issue, others said it is). And I just realized that i only stated one dutie on my app; I thought the officer would be smart enough and will only look at the reference letter (as it is the most imp factor).

I have an error in my app. It will get returned in januray. So i am f*ed :D and i cant apply for a new one now bec my employer wont give me another letter :D

I am currently working in Canada with a job offer. I applied under arranged employment. I only included the reference letter from my employer. Should i have included any other document in order to justify the status that i applied under? Thanks.

As long as you have an application under process, u can always work under the old work permit ,even if it's s expired (i am 99% sure). Man u can apply for an open work permit!! It doesnt have to be related to any employer. Just call cic or ask any consulant (the free ones) and they will guide u.

You can if your current work permit will expire in 4 month :)

I am on the same boat bruhh. We have to wait till first of January. And it sucks bec if we have to correct something or if we missed a paper. We won't have a second chance becAuse the only available program will be express visa entry. XD
