NOC 4011, August 22 applicant. CC charged 22 Nov. So don't get stressed, you can expect to be charged within this week.

What NOC is written on the envelope? If it is 2071 they may return it without opening. And as far as I know you can not apply 2 NOC in 1 application. It should be 2 different applications.

You shouldn't worry. Since NOC 4011 is not a hot one, I think they focused on it in the last 10 days. My app date is 22 aug via CC and I just got charged. You can expect it on next week Wednesday latest. Probably you will get PER before me. So cheer up and don't waste your weekend.
