Colombian authorities needs an official request from CIC to provide an applicant with PCC.. so the application should be submitted first then cic issues a request letter for pcc.. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/central-south-amer/colombia.asp

if u r currently in such country, the expiry is 6 months from date of issue .. for any other country u used to live in , the date of issue should be after u left that country

I agree with Asivad..for passport, only bio data page is needed for express entry application.. i wish not to raise issues with no enough information coz those rumors will only stress people out and thy have enough already.. we r able to read and write and see what they ask for in the checklist...

if WES can do it so go for it but the result will be a bachelor degree not a professional bachelor degree( 2 points lower score) . so it depends if u wanna save the big difference in assessment fees and the longer time it takes PEBC to generate ECA u better go for WES

Just a question please for outland applicants who got his AOR in August .. has ur employer received any calls or email from CIC?!! i keep asking my employer about receiving any calls from immigration but he says nothing received !!

Actually i can't understand why people r giving ECAS that much care thought u can get every update from ur mycic in the table that shows every step and tell u exactly where u r in the process .. all i could find in Ecas is (in process) without any detailed information !!!

it is not the answer for his question!! what he is trying to know if the local visa office has any contribution or relation to the application process and decision making or it is all about CIC in Canada itself .. i'm also wondering and not sure coz local visa offices used to have share on...
