Sorry my bad, I posted it under the wrong subject. What if one applies for Permanent Residency through the express system and an approved LMIA? If approved, is the worker then under any obligation to work for the employer?

But what about the PR process? Will I not have the Permanent Residency once I am approved to work for this employer? Can't I work for anyone else then? In other words how long after I start working for this employer will get the permanent residence?
