    Its just a assumption, and what i read clearly that open work-permit holder do not need any additional document from their employers. But, If you leave your current job and find a another job do you need a LMIA?

    If you see the CEC form it has a option were it says, did you complete your hours in 8 months or a years. But, there is nothing wrong in calling them and talking those people

    If you reached 1500+ hours of work and if you jobs falls under NOC 0,A,B. If would call CIC or go to the nearest Immigration office and ask them, If you could apply for PR under CEC as you completed the required number of hours. Let me know what they say.
