    Its your application and your decision. My advice would still be the same, get it translated.

    You should refer to the link below to obtain correct information regarding translation and certification. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5445ETOC.asp I understand your situation, but you have to follow the CIC guidelines in order to avoid any processing delays.

    You should translate all stamps which are not in English/French. It is recommended to get it translated before the submission of your application to avoid processing delay.

    No one can tell that. They can choose any option for correspondence, it can be email or regular mail. I have provided my email address and yet I received the letter by regular mail.

    Yes, CIC can send you the letter through regular mail. I have provided my email address but I received my secondary review letter by regular mail.

    You should wait for 14 business days. You may use the following link for contact. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/call.asp I have nothing on my e-cas even though I have received secondary review letter. They haven't updated it yet.
