I sent my Passport by Fedex from US and was received by CPPO on 17th Oct at 11.30hrs. I had enclosed a prepaid Xpress Post/USA envelope with tracking facility. I hope to receive my passport in the first week of Nov. Let us see.

I don't think CPPO sends out AOR as NDVO and perhaps LVO does. You may call MR as AOR.
