When the medicals are done upfront, they don't have to "request" them at a later date. And depending on where you do the medicals, it could take weeks to get an appointment. If you can afford it, I would do it ASAP. But I suppose sending them in a few months later, might not be that big of a deal.

Silly me. Screech is correct. Your parents cannot ci-sign for your spouse. Just focus on proving your income.

Yes you can have a co-sponsor but you may not require one. They do recognize self-employment & you will want to provide as many financial details as possible. Good luck!
