Make sure to check that your payment is not on hold, it happened with me. Payment was on hold by Western Union and after providing information to them it was released which almost took 1 month to get the receipt of fee from college.

Hi everyone, My student visa was rejected on 24th April 2019, still I haven't received my refusal letter, no update on Gckey account, decision envelope had my passport only. What should I do next except waiting? Any suggestions?

Jass refusal is not an end, if your application is refused then you can re apply with strong application by overcoming the deficiencies of the previous ones. Be positive and all the best!
