based on GCMS it says when the request is due internally. You should ask for full GCMS notes, it will tell if something is missed out.

I am not sure 100% but if you submit PCC before it expires, then they don't ask later (mostly). I talked to someone who processes GCMS requests. He told me clearly 2 weeks (at the moment) if requesting electronic file only. He told me I will get it b4 Christmas.

not so good news. She will need to submit fingerprints to RCMP through ND VO. It takes 90-120 days to process. I know someone who got similar request 3 months ago for dad, file still on hold.

no. But when I called CIC today, I was told their was 2 applications, one was closed & other still in progress. Not sure what she meant, she never explained ( I don't think she knew what she was saying... ) & also said they only see CPC-M not CPC-O information. My CPC-M was approved in April 2012.

yes, as per GCMS notes requested in Sep. Everything was set, PCC fees & other docs were acknowledged. Even medicals were passed. Security was "In Progress". I will check with MP next week if I do not received anything by mail or email.

I asked one of the popular CIC consultant (who also runs TV ADS), he also said never heard such a case. Asked me to get the file 1st & email CIC-O about this.
