I am not trying to scare you but chances are very less because that category is very hot. If possible apply on 2173. If not then give a try There is nothing wrong in trying rather than not apply. Beat of luck.

I will suggest try 2173. 2174 is for sure full within first few weeks as lots of files were rejected due to cap last year. And lots of files were ready by 1 may.
