Quite a time has passed and theres no update from anyone in the forum. My husband did a MP enquiry yesterday and he has been told to contact after a week for the feedback. I am hoping to hear something sensible from them.

Check out this site (www.passportindia.gov.in/). This is the govt's site for online submission of passport applications, be it fresh or re-issue. Go for tatkaal mode. No documents are required other than your original passport & its photocopy for showing & submission at the office. it"ll be...

My appl. date is same as urs & file transfer date to NDVO on 2nd nov. still waiting for my PPR.... i dont have any specific reply to ur query.... yeah i can see oct & nov applicants getting PPR.... may be that they found out some complexity in my case compared to other sept, oct or nov...
