Nope, the Ecas is not reliable as such they dont update Ecas regularly they might have effected the address change in your record without updating the Ecas I did my medicals over a month and my Ecas status have not been updated. Those who did medicals weeks after me had thier Ecas updated to...

Slickky address change do appear on E-cas oooo I changed my address and it was reflected on my E-cas infact that was the last update on my E-cas. I think there is a platform on the E-cas where you can effect address change without writing to CIC.
